kristin's bag=world traveler, probably somewhere in california as we speak.dear southwest airlines,

we need to talk.

i recently traveled on southwest flight 407 from my hometown of oklahoma city, oklahoma to phoenix, arizona. overall, i would say that the in-flight service was great. i would especially like to thank our stewardess flight attendant beth. upon finding casey and i collapsed in a heap of exhaustion, beth left our peanuts and air crips with the lady sitting next to us. thanks, beth. you're the greatest.

however, the service we received from southwest after our flight left something to be desired. after 20 minutes of watching the same suitcases spin around and around the luggage carousel, i realized that you had lost my bag. i kept my cool, filled out my little claim, and left the airport with exactly one pair of jeans, one vintage t-shirt, and one pair of flip flops.

one pair of flip flops, southwest.

now, i would imagine that you're the kind of multibillion dollar corporation who really wants to know your customers, so let me tell you a little about myself. i'm 5'8, i'm a college junior, I CANNOT SURVIVE FOR ONE WEEK WITH ONLY ONE PAIR OF SHOES.

makeup is easily replaceable. clothes are bit harder, but i am in scottsdale, the shopping capital of the american desert. i am skeptical of finding another perfect swimsuit, as that can often be somewhat difficult. but there is no way i could replace my collection of beautiful and exotic shoes and sandals.

please hurry southwest. i just don't know what i would do without my cute little cobians. and my bc shoes. and my reefs. and my little esprits with the flowers and the maddens and the little black sandals and the nm70s.

(not so) patiently waiting,

kristin
